Shipping Policy
Specialized Office Systems, Inc. works with leading carriers—including FedEx, UPS, and USPS—and ships using the most efficient method for each order (local delivery, regional carrier, or national carrier). If you need a specific carrier or service, tell us when you place your order. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
Who pays for shipping
Unless otherwise noted, actual freight is charged and added to the order (it is not free shipping and is not a fixed flat rate).
How freight is calculated
Website or quote freight figures are estimates only. Final freight is based on box quantity, dimensions, and weight, and is added to the invoice—it may be lower or higher than any estimate shown earlier.

Production timing starts when the customer approves the proof, not on the initial order date.
Rush
There is no standard rush program—options vary by supplier, item, and quantity. Our team can help select products and options that fit your in-hands date.
Transit time (after the order ships)
Ground transit is typically 2–5 business days (FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on the shipment).
Where we ship
We ship to all U.S. states and territories. International orders are possible; taxes, duties, and fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Free shipping
We do not maintain a general free-freight policy. Free or included freight applies only when explicitly noted on a special, quote, or product.
Dates and delays
We provide updated lead times and in-hands dates as the order progresses. Timing depends on proof approval, weather, production, inventory, and other factors. We monitor orders so firm in-hands dates are met when possible, and we communicate delays when in-hands dates are flexible.
Stocked / non-custom note
Most orders ship within 24 business hours if stocked locally, or within 24 hours of receipt if not stocked locally or on backorder. Custom orders typically ship within 4–5 business days of placing/approving the order, subject to production lead times (which for imprinted promo may be longer—use the hard goods / apparel ranges above for custom imprint).
